You can return any non-perishable items for up to 14 days, and any perishable items for up to 72 hours by giving them to your Gofuh driver at the time of your delivery. Credit for returned items will be applied to your account. We regret that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns after 14 days.

Our products are supplied by your local supermarket and as a result may or may not be limited by high demand or shortages. If an item becomes unavailable during daily operations, we may call you to determine a replacement or remove it from your order. If an item becomes unavailable for a long period of time, we will remove it from our site.
