The price of the GofuhMe! delivery service varies with the number of items:

$60 for up to 25 items

$75 for 26 to 40 items
-
$100 for 41 to the maximum of 60 items
The GofuhLater! scheduled delivery service is provided at no extra cost, however the restrictions from the GofuhMe! service still apply.

Re-delivery
​
Gofuh charges a $40 re-delivery fee for multiple delivery attempts. We cannot guarantee the quality of the perishable items included in a re-delivery.

Strikes
​
Gofuh adds a strike to the account of all unpaid or late cancellation deliveries. After 3 strikes, all service charges increase by $20 for the next 5 deliveries.
Electronic & Paper Invoices
Every new Gofuh customer is automatically signed up to receive electronic invoices. You are also required to sign a paper copy of your invoice at delivery.
Direct Delivery
Please ensure that someone is home and available to accept your order during your scheduled delivery time. If no one is home, your driver may leave your order as an Indirect Delivery as per your instructions. If we are unable to leave your order, or must make multiple delivery attempts, you will be charged a fee. See Service Fees.
Please secure your pets prior to your driver's arrival.
Indirect Delivery
Gofuh offers "Indirect Delivery" in the case that you are unable to accept the delivery yourself. Just leave all the relevant information in the delivery instructions section at checkout and specify Indirect delivery.
Inclement Weather
While we make every effort to deliver your order within our specified delivery hours, unforeseen events such as inclement weather, traffic and other extraordinary incidents may cause your order to be delivered after hours, or require us to reschedule your order.
In this event, our Customer Care department may deliver a call to the contact phone number you provided with important details on the status of your order. Please follow the instructions in the call so that we may best handle your order.
Round-Down Policy
Gofuh has a policy of rounding down any total to the nearest dollar value once the delivery is paid for in cash.
